Frequently Asked Questions
If your question isn’t answered below, message us — we usually reply within hours.
Are these real LEGO parts?
Yes. Every part we ship is an authentic LEGO brick sourced from bulk lots, estate sales, and partner suppliers. We do not substitute third-party clones. If a particular era’s mold differs from the original we’ll note it in the parts manifest.
How is this different from buying a sealed LEGO box?
We assemble the set you want from individually inspected used parts. That means we can build retired sets that are no longer in production, sets you can’t find new anywhere, or current sets without the cost of a sealed box. Every piece is washed, scanned, and verified before it ships.
What if a piece is missing or out of spec when my order arrives?
We replace it free, no questions asked. If you’d rather have a refund for the whole order, we’ll process that too. Every brick passes three vision checks before it reaches your bin, but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.
Can you build any LEGO set?
We can build any set we have all the parts for. When you view a set page, the inventory readiness panel shows whether every required piece is in stock right now. Some rare sets may be queued — we’ll notify you when the parts come in.
Are the parts new or used?
Used. Every part is hand-inspected, washed, and surface-checked. We do not sell parts with visible damage, fading, or yellowing. If you specifically need brand-new sealed parts, this isn’t the right service.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 4–7 business days. Once a set’s inventory is ready, we pick, inspect, and pack within one business day. Shipping is via USPS or UPS depending on weight; you’ll see the estimate at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap.
Do you offer returns?
Yes — 30 days from delivery for any reason. Set must be substantially complete; we’ll cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect orders.
Can I order a custom build that isn’t in your catalogue?
Reach out via our contact page with the set number you want. If it’s a registered LEGO set, we’ll add it to our catalogue and queue it for fulfillment.
Do you sell individual parts?
Yes — we list parts on BrickLink under our store BrickedArt. The same parts that go into our sets are available there individually.
